Welcome to the return policy for Noor Modest Lifestyle! This policy covers returns for all products purchased from noor-official.com. We understand that sometimes purchases may not meet your expectations, and we're committed to making the return process straightforward.

If you do not fall under all the requirements and still wish to make a return, do not worry, and contact us and we’ll try our best to assist you!

General Return Policy:

-       You can return most unused and unworn items bought from noor-official.com within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping fees).

-       Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

-       We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

-       Certain items, such as miswak and certain fragrance products, are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons (see exceptions below).

 

Specific Product Returns:

-       Islamic Apparel (Thobe, Shalwar Kameez, Abayas, etc.): Unworn and unwashed clothing can be returned within 7 days for a full refund. Please try on clothes over undergarments for hygiene.

-       Headwear (Kufis, Shemaghs, Hijabs): Unworn and unwashed headwear can be returned within 7 days for a full refund. Please try on headwear over a clean cap or under scarf for hygiene.

Return Process:

1.    To start a return, contact our customer service team at noormodestlifestyle@gmail.com or by phone/WhatsApp at +92 318 8890998 within 7 days of receiving your order.

2.    Once we receive your item(s), we'll inspect and process your refund within 5-15 business days, usually it doesn’t take that long.

3.    You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.

 

Additional Information:

-       We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy.

-       Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our error.

-       You are responsible for return shipping costs.

-       This is only applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan, for international orders please contact our customer support team and we will try to help you out in a possible way.
